Veiko has been our head chef from the beginning. He even makes the house bread himself using a secret recipe from his grandmother. He wants to use fresh ingredients according to the season. 

“We have these small animals that we put on the table with a reservation note. One evening a guest came from India and saw a lion on his table. He was so happy, because it turned out his last name was indeed Lion. So, we gave the small lion to him as a gift”.
