Our Head Chef is a young uprising talent Rasmus Treial. His every dish is unique even by its look. He takes his work as an art and the most important factor is that every component fits with each other. He spends most of the time in the kitchen and creates something new every week. Rasmus has added a touch of French and European cuisine to our Russian dishes. This makes his cuisine unique in Tallinn.
