The thing about Heldur is that hes always ready for some action. He is a great leader in the kitchen as well as a true worker. He combines our menu with our Executive Chef Tõnis Siigur and so far their menus have received very positive reviews from our customers. Heldurs kitchen is always clean and he is a person who cares about little details so you cant never guess why particular dish tastes so good. We can say he has some magical hands.
