Costantino was born in Lazio near Rome. He has worked in many restaurants in Italy, Germany and USA and used to have his own small restaurant in Berlin. He is passionate about cooking and basically lives in the restaurant. Although most of the time he spends in Giannis kitchen he also loves opera and keeps himself posted of everything that goes around the world. He knows by heart our loyal clients´ favorites and what their children love to eat.
