The name of the hotel originates from Elias Jenkel’s son Wesset, a Jewish man who owned the villa after its completion in 1928. In 1904, Elias Wesset established the chocolate, cocoa and confectionary factory „Progress” in Pärnu

A hundred years later, the name of one of the most famous confectionary industries is starting to slip into forgotten oblivion, but here and now, the history will be changed…
