Vladimir Proskurnin

I like to travel and collect food ideas from all over the world and make them true with my

small kitchen team. Salt kitchen philosophy is to find local producers, small winerys, small craft

brewers. Matching the wines and foods with very high dedication.

My motto is to get the guests moan of pleasure after a meal.

Which two ingredients would your chef take with him/her to a deserted island and why?

Salt and pepper. Life needs a taste, where ever we are.
